I'm Jeremy Kirby, a self-taught builder. I've built the kind of software most people assume takes a whole team: iPhone apps shipped from idea to the App Store, a health platform that reads people's wearables, and the AI systems that run two casinos day and night. That work is on the Work page, across about as many industries as you can name.
Somewhere along the way I noticed something. The businesses that could get the most out of these tools aren't tech companies. They're the roofer whose website was built in 2018. The plumber whose calls go to voicemail while he's under a sink. The restaurant whose Google listing still shows the old hours. They're on Mission Street and 41st Ave, not in San Francisco.
So that's the business. Basecamp Digital is the AI agency for Santa Cruz County. We install AI-run departments inside local businesses, then operate them: the website is the storefront, Never Miss a Lead is the front desk, the Growth Engine is the whole marketing department. The same systems that run big operations, pointed at Main Street.

Why I only need 7 days.
Most agencies don't spend 8 weeks building your website. They spend 8 weeks waiting: for your photos, for your copy, for the third round of feedback, for the next slot in their queue. I removed the waiting. Day 1 is a 20-minute call, and from that point I never need anything else from you: I source the photos, write every word, and pull from what you already have. Modern tools handle the repetitive parts fast, and I make every judgment call myself. And before I start, you approve a one-page checklist that defines exactly what done means, so day 7 is a walkthrough, not a negotiation. Seven days isn't rushed.
